[1500] - Necrons - Meleecrons Hammer and Anvil

Hi there, I've come up with the following army list - using the models I have.

The list -
Vargard Obyron (goes with the Lychguard)

Lychguard x5 Sword and Board

Praetorians x5 Voidblades + Casters

Praetorians x5 Voidblades + Casters

Immortals x10 Gauss

Immortals x10 Gauss

Tomb Blades x3 Beamers + Shield Vanes + Nebuloscopes

Tomb Blades x3 Beamers + Shield Vanes + Nebuloscopes

FORMATION : Mephrit Conclave of the Burning One (Deceiver), Crypteks with Veil of Darkness, God Shackle and Nightmare Shroud.

Tactics.
I'll use the Deceiver to screw with my opponent's head during deployment - he'll never be sure where I'm actually deploying some of my units.

The general idea is to then teleport the Lychguard and the Conclave into/ behind my opponent in his deployment zone - forming the Anvil.

The Praetorians + Tomb Blades would move up from the front - forming the Hammer.

The Immortals would slowly march up the board, either coming behind the Hammer or seizing objectives.

Thoughts? Opinions? Constructive Criticism?

I like it man. I mean its not cheese at all but you will have some fun games if you face some1 who doesnt abuse the meta However, you should really consider buying the few models you need to make it decurion. The Feel no pain 4+ is crazy... Moreover, you could also buy a triach stalker to make the formation with your praetorians, its quite good happy wargaming mate !

You don't have AP2 outside of the C'Tan. I would consider giving one of the Praetorian units the Rod of Covenant. I don't know how dead set you are on running the Deceiver, but the Nightbringer is way better. The Deceiver's deployment trickery thing only works if you deploy first, if you're deploying second then it's completely pointless. If you're running your Immortals as foot-slogging skirmishers, you'll probably get more mileage out of Tesla Carbines.

All in all, I love it. Necrons have some very strong Melee punch that is under-utilized I think.
