As the title suggest, I'm looking for a strong 750 list against all comers without bringing a wraithknight.
I came up with this:

CAD

HQ:
Farseer on bike, singing spear (joining a sqaud of bikes)

Elites:
4x Firedragons, 1x Exarch, waveserpent, shuriken cannon, holo-fields

Troops:
3x Scatbikes
3x Scatbikes

Fast attack:
Crimson hunter, exarch, pulselaser, 2x bright lances

Heavy support:
VWSP, D-cannon

Any suggestions/thoughts?

[750] - Eldar Craftworlds - Wreck face without WK

Do you have any idea what you'll be up against? Are you expecting enemy air? Lots of armour or MCs? That will help determine what best to take.

Generally:
- No need for the Fire Dragon Exarch. 5 stock Fire Dragons will almost always get the job done.
- Taking a Flyer in 750 points is normally a dick move, but Eldar's Flyers are made of paper. While the damage output is alright on a Crimson Hunter, if your opponent has any method of dealing with anti-air, or even gets a lucky shot off, it's probably going down.
- I'm assuming VWSP = Vaul's Wrath Support.... Pattery? Regardless, these guys usually have to spend a turn moving into position due to their 24" range. This unfortunately also puts them closer into assault range, which is NOT where you want artillery to be. They make decent area control, especially in groups (2-3 individual squads is best) since most players normally wouldn't be too eager to move into range of a D-blast weapon with anything valuable (MCs, or Vehicles), however the short range coupled with the damage output being a single small blast makes this a fairly bad option in this list. Any melee unit will pretty much eat it up and just spread out so you'll only kill one or two of them before they get into combat. Plus you've already got Fire Dragons and a Crimson Hunter so it's unnecessarily redundant.

Alternatives:
- Dark Reapers are usually very good at lower points levels where the enemy doesn't have as many tools available to wipe them. They can also take a skyfire weapon on the Exarch if you're planning on being up against enemy flyers or FMCs. Huge range, and great damage output makes these guys fantastic backfield objective campers.
- A Spirit Stone of Anath'lan on your Farseer will make it a lot easier for him to cast those clutch powers, especially when there are no other psykers in the list to give him more warp charges to play with. It's well worth the 15 points.
- Warp Spiders are good in any competitive Eldar list. The mobility makes them fantastic for objective grabbing, the wounding vs initiative makes them great against MCs, the Monofilament makes them decent against most infantry types, and a 3+ armour and Flickerjump means they'll usually stick around for quite a while if used smartly.
- War Walkers are incredibly cheap, can utilize battle focus to avoid enemy fire by popping in/out of Line of Sight, and have an amazing damage output. They can outflank if you're up against drop podding marines, and they love being in lower point games where the enemy doesn't have the tools to instantly wipe them.
- Forgeworld Hornets are like AV11 War Walker skimmers, but 10 points more expensive and have access to 5 point pulse lasers. That gives you 4 48" S8 AP2 shots per 80 point hornet. That's essentially the same as your Crimson Hunter except it's AV11, not a flyer so it can claim objectives, and is exactly half the price.
- An uncommon Eldar vehicle that's actually very good in low point games is the Nightspinner. Just be sure to keep it in cover or with holo fields, because it can't fire if it jinks. Spirit Stones also help avoid stunned/shaken results which also prevent it from shooting.

Wow thanks for that great reply!
I just recently picked up the codex and try to figure out whats good.

I'm going to face Space marines and Tau, and I'm quite sure that the Tau player will bring a riptide (fml) and the space marines got a stormtalon. Apart from this, I'm not sure what to expect.
I like the idea of the dark reapers, i´ll definitely consider them. The war walker models are awful imo, and a hornet or two might be a good upgrade later when i got around 1000 points to play with.
The only models that I've got so far are 3 jetbikes and a farseer on jetbike, so i'm up for anything model wise.

I came up with this list instead, CAD and utilising the Aspect host formation:

Hq:
Farseer, skyruner, singing spear, spirit stone

Troops:
3x Scatbikes
3x Scatbikes

Fast attack:
4x warpspiders, 1x exarch with twin linked death spinners

4x Swooping hawks, 1x exarch with sunrifle

Heavy support:
4x dark reapers

Nightspinner, shuriken cannon, spirit stones, holo-fields

total: 747 points

Can I make a suggestion ? Less upgrades. So no spirit stones on the night spinner, remove exarch weapons then you can have a dark reaper exarch and take them as a formation and they'll all be BS5

I think the spirit stone is so cheap for what it does so I'm gonna keep that one. However, i could just remove the sunrifle from the hawks exarch, and add the exarch reaper instead which would still be a total of 747 points.

[750] - Eldar Craftworlds - Wreck face without WK

The trick with 40k is "boys before toys" especially with Eldar . I would say as much as possible never upgrade anything eldar unless you have to. I know there are exceptions: underslung shuriken catapult is one. Exarchs to get BS5 is another, hornets with pulse laser is another. As is seers on bikes with spirits stones. But the truth is in general the more you upgrade the worst your amy is.

The biggest factor with spirit stones on a night spinner is its a very cheap AV12 gun boat. And you *think* you want holo fields and spirit stones to conpensate cos you figure you never want to jink it cos it can't fire.

But that is bogus: put it in cover and use the torrent fire mode and then shoot the same target with the Canon. Acccept it will get walloped. Don't get sad when it dies. At 750 pts the game is not going to be 5 turns probably so you've done the same as killing it for your opponent in turn 2 if you jinked twice to survive til the end. (I. E. In terms of your shooting a wreck at turn 3 is the same as a jink for 3 turns). Just keep it in cover cos if you've jinked you've nerfed your own tank too much. Don't give it a shabby expensive naff pay-to-use mitigation version of jink when the game gives you a free one. And know that it's job is to eat Las canon shots.

Okey I see your point. So remove both the holo-fields and stones, for another reaper then?

[750] - Eldar Craftworlds - Wreck face without WK

Good advice above. Once you get more familiar with the codex you'll know where each piece of wargear fits in terms of priority. I personally like having spirit stones on my night spinner since I don't like jinking with it, but stunner/shaken results also prevent it from firing. But that's strictly my own preference. If the enemy fires at you and they shake you but don't wreck you, spirit stones help you keep shooting. But again - it's all about priority. If that 10 points is preventing you from getting a 6th hawk or a necessary model/upgrade somewhere else, then it's not worth it.

Speaking of hawks, A squad of 5 gets a small blast attack when they deep strike. A squad of 6 gets a large blast. Whenever possible it's always worth taking a 6th squadmember for the template, and a naked exarch for no-scatter deep strike.

also I believe there was mention of throwing the Hawks, spiders, and reapers into an aspect Host formation to give them all BS5. This is a very good idea.
