				<description><![CDATA[ Hello Dakka, so I was recently watching some of the narrative campaigns from Miniwargamming and noticed one of the changes they made to blast weapons was to limit the scatter of blasts to walls/terrain it would come into contact with. My question to you guys is would that be a good/viable change for actual <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> games in general? How would that effect the current meta of high rate of fire mid-high <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> wepons being vastly better than single shot high <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> wepons that are blasts IE scatbikes being able to kill anything non AV14 better than, say, a Fire Prisim's main cannon. Any thoughts are welcome, as long as they're constructive]]></description>
