To me it seems like a Dead/Rotting Flesh like green colour for the fatigues/coat, and black armour plates that have been weathered to an orange rust. just avoid:
red
purple/pink
green
and blue/rainbow colored.

you can use some as spot colors which wouldn't be bad.

A good way to incorporate red without falling into the trap of Blood Pact/Khorn-only troops is go for a 30K World Eater type theme.
