That's it. That's the list. At this point level you could take 2 Canoptek Harvests of 6 Wraiths each and still have 50 points for upgrades.

If you want to stick with Retribution Phalanx then I suggest removing all those upgrades on the Overlord except Phase Shifter and take a second Retribution Phalanx, splitting the Warriors and Scarabs between them. A 20 man warrior blob would normally be a liability, but with a RP if the warrior or scarab units are wiped then they respawn within 3" of the Overlord. Below is the list

Leman Russ exterminator commander w/lascannon and LRBT buddy,
vet squad with plasma guns and grenadiers in chimera,
vet squad with melta guns and grenadiers in chimera,
Wyvern

Wraiths will be your power house unit, they'll either absorb fire for the Warriors to get in range or they'll slaughter whatever they touch. I really like that list, that's probably the best I can manage with my models.
