A low points WScar list with only 1 bike squad.....but I think it's mobile and should work well? As you go up in points you should try to find a few for the ML2 on the librarian.

If you are worried about AA, look into picking up a stormtalon. I fly mine with the skyhammers. Scrappy little bird. And from a fluff POV, fast enough to keep pace with the rest of your force (as opposed to the AA tanks or fortifications)

@Bigcheese86: I personally agree that the boost to the jink save (plus the other bonuses) are worth the loss of ObSec on the speeders. But if you play a lot of maelstrom games ObSec fast skimmers can score all over the table.
