The Kommandos are a waste. Very expensive for a 5 t-shirts and a rokkit launcha. Rokkit launchas are also a better choice for the deffkoptas than the big shootas. Kannons are very underwhelming for mek gunz, lobbas and KMKs are where it's at there. Tankbustas need a bigger squad, they're going to average 1-2 hits a turn currently, and that's not enough to do anything.

Lastly, you could really use a painboy so those boys will have a 5++/5+++ to make sure they live making the slog across the board. I'd also roll on strategic traits for your warlord imo, you'll get much more value out of it.
