I personally would also wouldn't take 18 lootas to a 1000 point game, I'd replace some of them with MekGunz:KMK or traktor depending on what you're going up against. They lootas just aren't reliable. I also like adding 1xKillsaw to the MANZ. You'll never use the ammo runt on your Warboss, his shoota is already twin-linked and you can only re-roll something once.
