I am going to enter my white scars and have come up with the following list (I have no idea what anyone else will be playing as I haven't had a game there for years):

Hunting force

Kor'sarro Khan + Moondrakken

Attack bike + MM

Bike Squad + 1 extra biker + 2 grav guns + melta bombs

Bike Squad + 1 extra biker + 2 flamers + melta bombs

Scout Bike Squad + cluster mines + grenade launcher

Comes to 497 points

As the points level increase I'm going to add more bikes, a command squad (gravs), a chapter master, a spear tip strike and a librarius conclave to turn it into a scarblade strike force.

Your antitank is basically 6 shots that have a 1/6 of stripping a hullpoint, 2 attacks (at S8 AP1, yeah, but it's only a single attack) in CC and a single non TL S8 AP1 shot at 24''. How do you think the hunting force formation will perform at a low point level?
