Repairing Zombicide miniatures?

Hi guys,

I recently started painting my Zombicide horde and it's a lot of fun. Now as I unpacked the Season 2 box I found my Watts miniature a bit 'warped' and now I am wondering how to straighten him out the best ...
Any ideas?

Thanks for your help in advance.

I don't know the composition of the plastic in them, but dunking in a cup of near boiling water helps soften most plastic/resins, so you can straighten it, followed by dunking in ice water to re-firm it.

That sounds like a good idea. Should I put in a splint or something first?

I was almost thinking about replacing the bat, but the mini is so tiny that I probably could not apply the needed level of detail^^

No just drop it straight in, fish it out with a spoon, then hold it in position as you lower it into the cold water.
