Unfortunately this means no fearless for my bike blob and no 4++ invul vs shooting. I took the points from losing a warboss and downgrading the force field and got a 3rd lootas unit and the 3 deffkoptas as well as rams on the trukks and a grot orderly for the painboy.<br /> <br /> If I drop the tankbustas, deffkoptas, lootas and second <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(683);'>CAD</span> I could take the Great Waaagh!-Band and regain access to the relics but I am unsure if the tax for taking a mek,nobz and 6 boyz squads is worth it. <br /> <br /> It is also worth noting that I have tested this vs 2 Tau army lists and was successful both times due to tankbustas drowning the stormsurge in rokkits turn 1 or 2 but I lose a lot of my bikers to marker lights removing their cover.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Is that right? No more great Waaagh detachment then? Just the new list builder/update they released? The list however I like a lot, it's the best way to be competitive with orks. I haven't tried deffkoptas in a couple tournaments but they can never be bad in maelstrom as lone models. The lootas however, I would cut them, and use those points towards another tank busta squad in a trunk. That is personal just because I am not sold on lootas I would rather have as many ork bodies holding a rokkit as possible. (Not to mention tank hunter and such) my other thought, because zahd is your warlord, can your second <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(683);'>CAD</span> have bikers as troops? If that is the case you can cut at least one grot squad. 				<description><![CDATA[ I really like your list! You've taken all the right units in appropriate amounts. I have two minor suggestions, and one major suggestion. Minor ones first. Dump the killsaw, it's massively overpriced for what it does and your biker star isn't going to be having issues with any vehicles anyway with 10 S10 AP2 attacks, The second is reduce the size of your bike star. Counting <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>ICs</span> it's almost a 20 model unit. It's extremely survivable, but more than it really needs to be and you could really use another 2x 3 warbike units for objectives, displacing overkill <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>Ws</span>, and more flexibility in the shooting phase.<br /> <br /> The major one would be to drop the Big Mek altogether. The Bikers have a 4+ jink, 3+ will Zhad confering skilled rider, and another +1 turboboost bonus for a potential jink save of 2+. The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> would only really be effective over the jink vs Tau, but <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(308);'>MSU</span> is a stronger strategy vs Tau overall and the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> won't be enough to stop a round of Tau shooting from severely disabling the squad anyway.<br /> <br /> Will the spare points I recommend a Void Shield Generator which will help out way more vs shooting, even Tau Shooting, than the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span>. Alternatively a 3rd warboss would be pretty gross, the killchoppa would give you more I4 attacks which is great vs <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(95);'>MEQs</span> and the rend+<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(269);'>ID</span> combo is good vs <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span> and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>ICs</span>.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Just a note you really do want 9 tankbustas in those trukks less chance of running <br /> i would lose the lootas in this case to get more tankbustas and more bikers..(need more tiny units of bikers) and your main deathstar only need hit 17 models with characters added to hit the must kill 4 break point otherwise you want it to hit 21..which is nigh on impossible these days ...better to have a pile of small biker units each with its own nop+ (bc or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>pk</span>)..more threats..(nob with bc can take down most non landraider vehicles) <br /> ]]></description>

If I drop the deffkoptas I could bring bomb squigs but they might be useful for soaking up overwatch for my bikes, or turbo boostiing to an objective. I am tempted to put big choppa nobz on the 3-biker units just so they can cause some extra trouble, 15 extra points isn't too much to cause a distraction. I was also thinking of doing 2 10-bike blobs with Zad in one and the warboss in the other and getting a second painboy so they have 1 each.<br /> <br /> The one thing I am always unsure of is who to give the bosspole to in the biker unit--the painboy because I don't want him in challenges or the lucky stikk warboss because he is least likely to die to ranged fire?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Sorry but I think your list will have a tough time against a competitive Tau or anything with ignores cover / garg super heavy. I've been molding my list after the great waaagh detachment went away and I found using Big Mek Stompa (buzzgob) along with Big Mek <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> on bike with your guys is that hidden key needed to get your bikes across the board. Stompa is almost a must at this point. I've played a lot of games against the armies I'm weak against to figure these things out. Just <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PM</span> me if you want additional info. Hope this helps a bit.<br /> <br /> -Raymond ]]></description>

Lootas are okay but their high variance will be a burden in competitive setting. You need reliability in this type of situation. Two below average dice rolls and those lootas are only giving you 10 shots for 3 hits in a turn.<br /> <br /> nitromorphine isn't wrong about the stompa either, but it's expensive both points and money wise. You'd have to basically redo your list from scratch, assuming you have most of these models already that might not be ideal. Not to mention I think you'll struggle to finish a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(39);'>FW</span> model like that in time for the tournament. In addition, allied knights are a new possibility and maybe be a better, cheaper choice than the stompa overall. If you're a already doing okay vs Tau like you mentioned it might not be worth it. Your biker star is great against a whole bunch of other lists so I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bathwater here. If you go first, blast the markerlight source with your bikes or try to charge it with your deffkopta or 3 man bike squad. If they're in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> they can't use their markerlights and your biker star will have free reign. If he goes first, maybe just think about deploying the star in reserve. At the very least remember you can make your 12" scout move with the biker star after deployment and after the seize initiative roll, so use it to get the bikes out of harms way.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I run bikes, big mek stompa and tankbustas. I do however run the horde detachment to keep the tax down to a minimum but stompa does a few things for the bikes (since they are the focus and the meat grinders of the list); he provides crucial <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>los</span> blocking from specific units, he can be a pivotal point against gargantuan and super heavy units, he can clear mobs utilizing stomp, and last he can soak up wounds against defensive specific armies.<br /> <br /> As for running 2 knights with orks? You might as well go with space marines since this isn't a fluff army at all. I use the Kastrol-Novem extraction point as my display with my Zhadsnark / Buzzgob list for the tournaments. <br /> <br /> I even went so far as to drop the warboss with lucky stick to add stability to my tankbustas with boss nobs and boss poles since I found my bikes survived everything after I set them up properly. Plus after tons of games against some top armies I felt out what I lacked and improved it. ]]></description>
