My general game plan is to place Jacobus with the Dominion squad and scout or out flank them close to the baddies. The only thing I might recommend is that you switch the weapons around on the Immolators. Heavy Flamers will help the Battle Sisters take and hold objectives, while an extra Melta will give the Dominions that little bit of extra punch. The same applies to the Superiors; an extra Flamer shot will likely be more helpful than a Melta (you can also probably afford to drop the Melta Bombs).

Also, my personal taste is for cheaper, more basic transports. Unless you really expect a vehicle to be ploughing through terrain, I'd advise against loading up on Dozer Blades (except possibly on your Dominions' transport, since you plan to take it up a flank.)

As to what you can do with the points you save, Simulacra Imperialis are the best upgrade in the codex.
