In order to maximize your blood points you should prob have 5 model dog units. I would also drop the cultists because they can't threaten anything and go with another unit of bloodlettters as at least they can kill stuff. People who know KDK will just ignore the cultists to not give you a point but its harder to ignore letters.

If the answer is global FnP or +1A, then I strongly advise you to consider the Blood Host Detachment with a Slaughtercult. The additional Blood Tithe a turn, along with the ability to "double tap" additional rules is not to be underestimated.

You can also link Cultists and a Herald as a CAD to the Detachment, and if the new flyers can be taken as formations by themselves, 3 Heldrakes will work perfectly.

Your list is nearly identical to the list I run in tournament play, I just dont use a Gorepack, and instead take an Aegis with Comms and another 2 Soul Grinder without Phlegm.

It gives me a little of everything, which I prefer. I've got 2 pie plates, a crap ton of tarpit, good CC, and high mobility. I have to admit, with the new Black legion dex I'm highly skeptical this list will be able to handle all that Psyker.
