Even if they're not free, transports are really required for tactical squads to reach their full potential. Also I see only two tactical squads here, and three are required for a demi-company.

So if you're not gonna do the full ten unit Battle Company, I recommend bringing the greenwing in a Combined Arms Detachment. Drop the Assault Squad because Ravenwing Black Knights do that so much better. Use those points to buy transports for those two tactical squads.
