It's a weird metal coloured, sticker thing. It can be peeled off, but I have no idea where it should go. Retailers can put them in books/boxes so they set off alarms in doorways. Usually deactivated at the POS.

Huh, how about that. It's strange that it was inside the blister itself though. I've never gotten one of these before in any 1-figure blister from GW, so the retailer probably put it in there somehow. Yeah it's an RFID tag. They've been around about 30 years, too. First saw one in a graphic novel I bought in 1988 or so.

It is an EAS soft label, which are also read by radio waves and return their status as "1" or "0" depending on if it has been de-activated at the point of sale or not.
