If you need help deciding, Terminators are, unfortunately, not worth their points in 2016's meta full of grav and other nastiness. A single Deathwing Command Squad with Apothecary within the Combined Arms Detachment can still work if you really want to play them. And Ravenwing are the most competitive units in our codex by far.

Tactical Squads require transports to realize their value. Otherwise Scouts are better.
