				<description><![CDATA[ Hello just asking what you guys think of a list I'm going to be running at a 1000 point tourney at my local store they are playing with the new <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>faq</span> but no rules other than that. Anyway this is my list<br /> <br /> Chapter tactics: Ultramarines<br /> <br /> Anvil Strike force: 635pts<br /> Core:<br /> Armoured task force:<br /> <br /> Techmarine 90pts<br /> auspex<br /> bike<br /> <br /> Vindicator 125pts<br /> stormbolter<br /> <br /> vindicator 125pts<br /> <br /> whirlwind 65pts<br /> <br /> Auxiliaries:<br /> <br /> Dreadnought 110pts<br /> assault cannon<br /> <br /> Land Speeder: 50pts<br /> 2x heavy flamer<br /> <br /> Land Speeder 70pts:<br /> 2x multi melta<br /> <br /> Shadowstrike kill team: 369pts<br /> <br /> Scout squad: 70pts<br /> 5x sniper rifles<br /> camo cloaks<br /> <br /> Scout squad: 84pts<br /> 1x missile launcher<br /> 4x sniper rifles<br /> camo cloaks<br /> <br /> Vanguard veterans squad: 210pts<br /> Jump packs<br /> Veteran:<br /> Storm shield power fist<br /> Veteran:<br /> Power axe bolt pistol<br /> Veteran x2<br /> Lightning claw storm shield melta bomb <br /> Sargeant:<br /> Relic blade storm shield melta bomb<br /> <br /> The idea is that the shadowstrike kill team come in turn one and target the scariest unit that they are able to deal with (yes ik one melta bomb can be thrown per phase but just in case some guys die) so they target a riptide for example this provides a backfield distraction whilst the vindicators and land speeders move up. The scouts will be deployed as close to my vanguards target unit so they don't scatter and the techmarine will hang around repairing and using his auspex on things like jetbikes or bikes and counter charge if anything attacks my vehicles the dreadnought acts as a support anti tank or troop depending what I feel needs to die. My meta doesn't really have any fliers (even less with the new book) so I decided against anti air the land speeders harass whatever unit they were designed to kill until the enemy decides they are worth killing. <br /> <br /> Any feedback would be appreciated.  <img src="/s/i/a/5d13fa41280d6fdef786d41bc175d3f6.gif" border="0"> ]]></description>
