Helping a friend make a more complete CSM army from models I have laying around and advising on quality buys to help make them better. This friend likes CSM walkers, helldrakes in particular, and might be on board for land raiders. For the most part they do not like moving a bunch of infantry, these are the CSM I have, so how do I help them make an army?

Favorite gods are tzeentch and slaanesh because of colors.

Bench the hellbrute and get vehicles? Most of this is from a Dark Vengence box I let another friend of mine have the termies from. This is not meant to be competitive, just inclusive of what models we already have.
