Do your assault squads have jump packs? Drop pods are usually better, but don't sweat that if they're already modeled.

Any HQ you can mount on a bike is a much better HQ.

So advice on what you currently have - if you want to up the firepower of the tactical squads, consider a combi-weapon on the sargeant.
The assault squads need a way to get about, either a dedicated transport or jump packs.
The Int Chappy needs to go with someone, so either with an assault squad (giving him a jump pack if they have them) or with the ravenwing (by adding a bike to him). Either way we need to free up some points, probably by dropping one or more tactical marines, or the entirety or one of the assault squads.
