				<description><![CDATA[ Hi all.<br /> <br /> So I'm getting back to the hobby after 8 years off and I recently bought the Horus Heresy box and am planning on getting some Dracothian Guard to convert into bikes. <br /> I am planning on painting up 500 points and build from there.<br /> <br /> What do you think? What are the strenghts and weaknesses of this list? I like this Relic. For the price of a power fist, you get to re-roll your failed psychic tests. You cannot re-roll selected dice like the Eldar can, but it should help you out of those situations where you throw 4 dice at a warp charge 1 power and fail to manifest any of your dice.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Not a bad list.<br /> <br /> If you are willing to take bikes, and don’t have an overriding reason not to, put your librarian on one.  Bikes are just that good these days.  It will also let you drop one of your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads (as the bikes now count as troops)<br /> <br /> Points allowing, you might want a combi grav on the bike sarge.<br /> <br /> In general your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads are going to want to move up to grab objectives.  You might get more milage out of special weapons, rather then heavies on them.  Matching combis on the sarge is a decent idea.  <br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(51);'>HB</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Devs</span> look cool, and are OK for taking down light troops in the open.  But you probably want to use them for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> work.  In an ideal world, I’d like to see them with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LCs</span>, but if the bits aren’t there, can’t help that.  If you are working from the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(715);'>BaC</span> box, the only heavy options for your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Devs</span> are <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>MLs</span> and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(51);'>HBs</span>.  So <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>MLs</span> are probably the way to go here.<br /> <br /> Even if you don’t want to make any other changes, swap the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>MLs</span> from the tacs to the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span>.  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I'm liking it, though maybe I'd drop the extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> and give more guns to the devastators. That extra power COULD be an edge, or just drivel power and extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(195);'>WC</span> (which isn't that big at such low point level.) Instead another <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> and maybe a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>... those won't go wrong with tank hunters.]]></description>
