I'd swap round the melta weapons into the drop pod unit - drop pods are excellent for getting the short-ranged weaponry (ideally you want to be within 6" of the target) to the right place. The issue then becomes that the 10-man squad won't fit into the razorback - this means either some tinkering with squad sizes or combat-squadding the plasma cannon to sit on a back-field objective.
Also, ideally you want an odd number of drop pods - since you round up for the Drop Pod Assault rule, an odd number maximises the number that automatically arrive.

Next, I'm not keen on Dev squads without at least some ablative wounds (i.e. marines without heavy weapons). It makes them a very attractive target as each casualty (Devs aren't any harder to kill than other marines) is more expensive in points costs.

Finally, this is the second list I've seen in the last 10 minutes with a Sacred Standard on a RW command squad instead of the (cheaper) RW Company Standard.
