Not to sound offensive, and I can see the effort you gone to - there's not much to discuss. It's a long list of various names and numbers - too detailed, but also too vague. We know little story about these regiments or their commanders or history, but know so much else.
You've (dare I say it?) put too much data down, and there's not much to comment on.

Would this not be better placed in the Dakka Fiction sub-forum, where you can hopefully flesh this out more? It seems to me that this particular sub-forum is based around asking questions of the lore, and not putting in your own. That's what Dakka Fiction is for.

You are probably looking at the right numbers if you were thinking on the scale we see on earth today but possibly not when looking at the Imperium.

Maybe for a minor skirmish in a minor war on an earth-like planet. If these forces are just a small part of a larger Imperial force (like a Kampfgruppe) then you are fine. If they are supposed to represent an army group you might consider increasing the numbers. In real life conflicts, army groups have generally numbered between 400,000 and 1,000,000 men. And that was supposed to cover a few hundred kilometers of front in WW2 (which in 40k terms would have been a rather unremarkable war on a primitive planet). The IG is famous for its near unlimited numbers so to give it a proper fluffy 40k scale I would at least make it 10 million men. Realistically even minor conflicts fought by the Imperium would exceed WW2 in scale. It just does not feel right otherwise.
And if they are supposed to represent the entire Imperial force in an entire theatre, I would make it a few hundred million at least. This can be achieved by either adding more regiments or by increasing the number of men within a single regiment by a factor of 1000. So a regiment of 1,250 men with 45 Chimeras now has 1,250,000 men with 45,000 Chimeras. Now that is a proper IG force. True true. This was originally a list for a small scale Expedition fleet as a Basecamp guard force, not a war front force. My GM limited me at the time. We based the numbers off of American Military then up the numbers just a little. I this is around 14,000 Men and Women. I am even using one of these small regiments for a Crusade RP and the GM their had a heart attack at the thought of 120 LR w/ 3 Baneblade Variants for one Regiment. lol. Maybe when I build it for my lore I will just use these as the core of a larger force. As you can see by the break downs I was trying to make them average for an Earth army.
