If i remeber correctly you need at least 1 PCS to field regular guardsman.

As for the LRBT, I've used them enough to tell you they for 150pts, they are 100% lacking. I'd switch it with a deepstriking 4 melta scion squad or something like that. Yes I did include 2 ccs but I might get rid of one and get a lord commissar instead with the pcs going in a chimera with meltas.

And if you op for a regular inquisitor they ahve a bunch of gadgets to go for.

IG aren't a very CC army so priest aren't necessary.
