Something feels off about this list, and I could use some help figuring out what it is.

Aspect Host 500pts
9 Striking Scorpions w/Exarch + Wave Serpent
4 Swooping Hawks w/Exarch
4 Warp Spiders w/Exarch

Seer Council 540pts
Eldrad Ulthran
Farseer
6 Warlocks w/Singing Spear

Wraithknight 325pts
Wraithlord 125pts

My goal in this list is to maximize both psychic charges and have a decent amount of shooting and combat prowess per turn. But it feels like something is a bit off about it. I could use some advice on this matter.

A couple things that I notice are off:

1) Your Aspects are too mixed, meaning if you choose the +1BS for the Spiders, the Scorpions miss out. If you choose the +1WS for the Scorpions, the Spiders miss out. Stick with all shooting or all cc aspect for each Aspect host.

2) Your list is not Battle Forged. That isn't an issue if you don't care about being Unbound, but I am seeing a common trend of players thinking the "Wraith-Construct" can be taken as a formation. It is NOT a formation (no datasheet with the 3 skull symbol), but rather an Auxiliary choice for the War Host. In order to field Auxiliary choices that are not formations (Living Legends, Wraith-Construct and Outcasts), you must field 1 Guardian Core choice mandatory.
You have no Guardian Core, thus cannot claim to be Battle-Forged. The Seer Council & Aspect Host are both formations, so there is no issue with taking them, but the WL & WK make you Unbound.

3) While I love the Wraithlord, he just doesn't pull his weight these days. If you aren't fielding him as a mandatory part of a Wriaht Host, leave him on the shelf.

--

Re:[1500] - Eldar Craftworlds - Improvement needed

I'm not sure how this list is supposed to work.

It's fairly slow mobility wise which is ignoring one of the fundamentals with Eldar, it has limited damage output but above average psychic potential.

So as the first few tweaks:

Give the seer council Skyrunners for massive mobility and increased survivability, remember the warlock primaris is giving you a 2+ jink here. Obviously drop Eldrad (he's a beast but I don't think he shines in the council) and use 2 seers, 1 with the Spirit stone of Anath'lan. I'd endevour to have either 5 or 7 warlocks to make the most out of the mastery levels. You can run this as a hyper competitive deathstar or as a more friendy unit that can throw out quite a few buffs to the army.

Throw out the Wraithlord, he's slow, has limited firepower and is very unlikely to get into combat and even worse if you run into fleshbane/'poison/ instant death.

I don't like the striking scorpions, if there were more CC units in your list then I'd consider it but a slow 9 man unit just won't get it done in my humble opinion, even in a friendly game.

The new F&Q makes the Swooping Hawks useless, as a way of future proofing your list I'd drop them completely unless you're in love with the models...

I'm 50/50 with the wraithknight, the counters to it auto remove the model but if your opponent don't have any it can win the game... I don't like that polarity so I'll leave that decision up to you, the Council buffs it considerably though...

Next thing to add is either long range firepower or units that move considerably fast and can remove tanks/ transports with relative ease such as:

Warwalkers
Nightspinners
Hornets
more Warp spiders
Windrider guardians (armed with scatterlasers)
mounted fire dragons
Warp Hunters
Crimson Hunters
Guardian battlehosts with free weapons platforms and Warlocks
etc

Sorry I'm being vague but I have no idea how competitive you want to be and as such I cannot suggest an optimized list, rather I have listed a few suggestions:

1) Focus on speed and large threat ranges (either from fast units or longer range weapons)
2) Have counters that can fight mechanized/ flying/ infantry targets - units that can effectively fight a plethora of different units types are ideal
3) Try and always go battle forged, the benefits from either a CAD or formations are simply too good to pass up.

The 2nd waveserpent can be dedicated transport for your council but you need to have them out of it to add their buffs all around. If you have them, some warlock bikes to throw reveal bombs at the enemy and add to your warp pool. BTW add the stone to your 2nd farseer.

Nothing like 3 or more vypers with double shuricannons guided and using the one time bonus for the windrider host.
