1. If you're IH then you can keep the captain changing the primarchs wrath for gorgon's chain and a powerfist. If you're whitescars this guy MUST be Khan on Moondrakken. Way too good not to.

2. Veteran Sergeants are trash, +1 LD and +1A on a baseline SM is worthless. I would rather have an auspex or dozerblade 100% of the time.

3. Command squads should have at least 4 grav guns (remember that the Apoc CAN take special weapons) 2 SS are very good as well, mandatory in IH.

4. 10man tac squads are...meh so are baseline grav guns, you'd be better off slamming points into an auxillary formation or command choice like the Librarius (especially for IH) Pass on combi-grav, not worth.

So assuming you want to go WS and that you want to stick with the stormlance i suggest this list.

In a Stormlance keeping all grav could be handy if you don't combat squad, but it might pay off better to move the the gravguns to Grav-canons on the Devastators.
4 grav-cannon+amp Devs. while expensive, really really work with the the Mobile firebase since they are less effected by movement than most heavy weapons.

What CT will you be using?
