1 Purifier Squads
2 Dreadknights.

he does have a HQ on the way but unlikely to have arrived and be ready for sundays game. The above list is 720 points (+175 if he gets his HQ ready).
Will be Non-Battle Forged at this time.

I dont know much about the Grey Knights yet but this is what ive thought of as my army (using 720 points).

Librarian, Terminator Armour, Foe Smiter, Mastery 2 (135)
2 x Terminator Squad, Assualt cannon in each (440)
Devestator Squad, 2 Lascanons, 2 Multi-Meltas, Sergent with combi-flamer (140)


If he was to get his HQ i would probably run a couple of tactical squads with the extra points and make it a battle forged army.

Any thoughts?

My other option was to take a mix of Ravenwing (bikes and lad speeder) and Battle Company (HQ Lib as above, Troops and Dev squad). Would give me more units on the field but not sure would have the fire power and defences to take on his Dreadknights and purifiers.

Since posting i thought of an alternative which i think is a bit better:

HQ: Librarian in Terminator Armour, Foe Smiter, Mastery 2 (125)

Troops: 2 x 6 man Tactical Squads, 2 Plasma Cannons, 2 Plasma Pistols (Sergents) (228)

Heavy Support: Devestator Squad, 5 man, 2 Las cannon, 2 Melta, Combi-Flamer (sergent) (140)


Ravenwing Attack Squad:

5 x Ravenwing Bikes, 2 Melta Guns (145)
1 x Ravenwing Land Speer, Multimelta, Heavy Flamer (65)

Total 703 points.


This gives me a bit more mobility, more heavy firepower for his tough armour and dreadknights and with it being Battle-Forged the bonuses that come with that.
Ive still got 15 points to play with and cant think where to put them.
