(I think this is a technicality and a misinterpretation of the rules, or maybe just a bad call on the FAQ or the designers part)

If you ditch the dread or reduce your mastery level to 1 you can give all you're librarians terminator armor and have them join your captain for a little mini terminator squad. I wouldn't split the difference on you're stormtalons like that, you should probably just take skyhammer or typhoon on both, its more efficient to have a uniform composition. Just looked it up and the Devs totally get slow and purposeful. And I'll probably go full skyhammer. Yeah I realized that it said rhinos and raxorbacks and not just vehicles so I'll run the Demi. But the venerable dread can count as a command slot for IH, not that it really matters anyway

I ran an 1850 game against tau yesterday. He had two riptides, three broadsides, a buffmander, and the stealth suit, whatever it's called a som other infantry units. my Storm wing hasn't come yet so I ran an extra dread and 10th company and threw a gorgon chain on my captain. My gravs shot every broadside and riptide off the board by turn three, my psychers psychic shreiked his stealth suit to death and used force to instakill his commander. He interceptored my two dreads as soon as the dropped but my captain tanked every shot all game like a freakin champ.
