				<description><![CDATA[ I have all the infantry, looking at buying 2 Vendettas to round out my list to 1500. Is the list/plan ok?<br /> I have no tanks here simply because in games I have played there has been an insane amount of strong anti tank firepower heading my way, my tanks been getting wrecked quick smart. I figure may as well give em no tanks to blow up<br /> <br /> The 2 autocannon blobs attack transports (both buffed with vox orders and psyker prescience), vendettas attack tough armour/flyers, ratlings and conscripts grab objectives.<br /> <br /> aegis defence line<br /> 2 company command squads,master of ordinance, officer of fleet, vox<br /> 3 priests - with blobs and conscripts<br /> 2 psykers - with blobs<br /> 2 vendettas<br /> 3 ratling squads of 3 guys each<br /> 1 infantry platoon, vox, 4 squads with 4 autocannons<br /> 1 infantry platoon, vox, 4 squads with 4 autocannons, 28 conscipts<br /> 1499 points]]></description>

Consider units like deep striking Scions or veterans in Chimeras.<br /> <br /> Now here's a crazy pants idea: you've got three nice big blobs and you want morale control and psychic buffs for them. You're looking for ... the Dark Angel Librarius Conclave formation. Ezekiel and two level 2 Librarians make the three blobs Fearless and can cast those sweet new Space Marine powers, harnessing Warp Charge on 3+. You can drop the priests and psykers from your list (or not). And the formation is only three models; very cheap on eBay.<br /> <br /> Azrael giving a blob Fearless, 4++, and your choice of Warlord Trait is fun too.]]></description>

You don't even have to run the new powers, feel free to take div or telepathy or any other discipline. <br /> <br /> Don't bother with Azrael though - too expensive at 1500. If you want a 4++ an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span> can do it better (albeit cover not invun). Or a skyshield if you want Azrael's invun for cheaper. The latter synergises well with the Vendettas too - start one in the skyshield (yes even though it has to be in hover mode) - 4++ should keep it safe - guarantees turn 2 zooming instead of waiting for reserves, plus you get a "free" round of full <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> shooting. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I would:<br /> <br /> Dump 1 company command squad. <br /> <br /> Get vultures instead of vendettas.<br /> <br /> Ally in Spacewolves and put iron priests/wolfguard battleleaders with power fists in the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> blobs.  (Use company of the great wolf detachment and you dont need to take any troops)<br /> <br /> Ally in inquisitors, coteaz for anti droppod shenanigans and regular inquisitors with liber heresius for scout on a blob of your choise + rad granades (-1t in combat). Makes you able to instant death riptides and bloodthirsters with you wolfs.   <br /> <br /> <br /> ]]></description>

The inquisitors are nice - definitely worth dropping a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(338);'>CCS</span></span> for. Instead of running wolves, keep the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> conclave and just run the rad grenade blob's libby with a force staff on biomancy hoping for iron arm for the same effect. Actually scrap that - just use the force power if you want instant death. <br /> <br /> Alternatively if you like the wolf idea - take one <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(392);'>WGBL</span> with fist in the rad grenade blob and 2 rune priests in the others. Just take two single Servitors to fill the mandatory elites slots and then you're set. The issue here is you're losing fearless. Better off with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span> (like I said, you can alway use force and/or run bio if you want instant death).<br /> <br /> The inquisitors is a hella good idea though. For extra anti <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(471);'>DS</span> shenanigans take some servo skulls on the second inquisitor and force the to arrive near Coteaz <img src="/s/i/a/baf5f2e54c6b17d5c5d39aecadfa1272.gif" border="0"> Best 9pts you will ever spend]]></description>

With no tanks a melta strike does not have a heck of a lot to blow up. Plus I can, by spreading units out and or deploying into a corner, limit where pods can land and the units they can attack. <br /> <br /> I guess I could do the Librarius conclave from space marine codex, would be cheaper points wise? They shall know no fear is pretty much as good as fearless it seems? I cant see other huge differences between the two conclaves in battlescribe apart from no Force weps in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(119);'>SM</span> conclave , not sure if thats right?<br /> <br /> Mobility is not great I know, though ratlings can infiltrate for early point grabbing until conscripts or blobs conga upfield.<br /> <br /> Gotta admit, a 4++ on a blob wold be lovely.
