As it generally takes 4-ish melta shots to reliably pop a tank, command squads are great for this. I’d not bother going for combis, just straight up meltaguns.

Plasma is generally better dispersed over your tac squads. It will give them more punch, and doesn’t need to be concentrated for efficiency.
