The Wave Serpent brings the harlequins missing skyfire, F+S AV12, transport capacity 12, flat out and fire 1 weapon full BS, 5+invul, twinlinked for 165pts

This is the 1 unit is was most unsure about, but would like to test it's additional capabilities with how my formation looks already. Should I even embark units on it? Between this, the WK and the rest of the units they've got some choices to make. I've had thoughts of using the points elsewhere tho... it needs some table time

Even the most paper-thin flyer (i.e. AV10, 3HP) will survive several rounds of shooting from a single EML, even if it doesn't jink. And the AP4 means FMC's will likely laugh it off too. Do this. And while you're at it, if you're going for the duel cannon wk, drop the star cannons. Then use the points saved on the hunter and the wk to get scatter lasers on the bikes. I can use it for the transport, the 48inch str8 ap3 or skyfire and a few of its other tricks.

It kinda looks like too much in 1 basket with it now tho.
Between the WK and This itll definitely draw fire from my other transports tho.

I want to try The scatter lasers, it's falling into the realm of what to do with those remaining points.
I've still got 2 Troupes with no transport if I drop the Serpent


That last troupe with 1 Caress was kinda meant to be Autarch wound soakers.


Dropping WK Starcannon, Serpent and tossing +2caress on last troupe leaves me with 194pts
Adding scatter lasers to riders 134pts left.

Drop the serpent +165 = 165
Take a crimson hunter (better if you want the serpent for sky fire) -140 = 25
Drop the two star cannons +40 = 65
Upgrade all 6 windriders with scatter lasers -60 = 5

It was something I was toying with actually. I ended up going with the Autarch because the list was more assualt based.
He actually brings a few more benefits I'm looking to capitalize on.
Fearless
Deny Overwatch
3+armor/4+invul( 2+look out sirs onto 5+invul players)
+2 S, rending(challenge- fleshbane, instant death)
+1/-1 reserve roll modify

If I threw this guy in the Wave Serpent I'm sure that vehicle would become the enemies priority target next to the wraithknight.
