The idea behind this list is that the Librarians attach themselves to a different unit, using their psyker powers to devastating effect.

The Divination Libby goes with the Devestators, to grant them Prescience (20 AP 2 Shots, hitting on 3+, Rerolling Misses, Rerolling Wounds? ... yes please!).

The Santic Libby and the Chaplain go with the Jump Marines, and use Hammerhand, Gate, or Vortex of Doom as needed (Hammerhand gives a potential +2 Strength applied to the Chaplain's Crozus Arcanum and the Libby's Force Sword).

The two Mechanized Tac Squads press forward to capture/contest forward objectives as Ezekiel and the remaining LIbby's follow-up with the foot-slogging Tac Squad and support units along the way, with the benefit of having the Librarius Conclave's bonuses for being within 12" of another psyker from the formation (sharing powers, generating on 3+, and doubling the range of Mind Worm).

Librarians can hop from Squad to Squad as needed once their close enough, or using Gate/Levitation/etc. (if they're generated) once the squads have disembarked from their transports.

Combat Squadding is also an option if needed.
