The list is all about flexibility and striking hard where it's needed.
Lias Issodon gives the entire army rerolls on their reserve rolls. This, combined with the Talon Strike Force rules, allows most of the army to come in on turn 1, if needed.

The Raptors themselves can't come in on turn 1 due to not being part of the Talon Strike Force, but the plan is to drop down Lias with his Sternguard buddies on turn 1 in a drop pod, together with the Vanguard Veterans, who can combat squad if needed.
In addition, Lias can allow three other units of the Talon to outflank on turn 1 as well, on a 4+ with reroll.

The 'odd one out' for the moment is the Stormbringer Squadron,; while it's far from a bad Formation, in the long term I'd like to replace them with the Raptor Wing (inside the Talon) for extra firepower, but for now they can stay because I like Land Speeder Storms

I debated going with the Pinion Demi Company instead of the regular one, but with the addition of Lias Issodon, the benefit of 'Wayfarers' is not that great anymore, so I went for the more points-economical Battle Demi Company.

since I'm using a 'Standard' Demi Company anyway, might as well try to optimise it by adding stuff to the Demi Company. More Objective Secured and more shooty targets for the Tactical Doctrine!

So the new list is like the old one, except:
* Stormbringer Squadron gets dropped
* Assault Squad gets replaced by a Land Speeder
* Captain gets on a bike, and becomes shooty instead of choppy
* Bike Command Squad with some grav joins the captain for extra shootyness
