You could drop a strike squad, which woudl then allow you to get some upgrades for the broadsides (i.e. stimms or EWO) and maybe have enough left over for fusions on the stealth suits to make the OSC more effective.

edit: Oh, missed the hunter cadre part at the top, disregard the above.
