In about a month I will be taking part in a team tournament (2 player teams, 1500 points for each player) and will be bringing Harlequins. The rules for list building also includes NO formations. Teams will also be randomly chosen. Here's the list I'm thinking of taking, please let me know what I should change (I haven't played Harlequins much yet).

Masque Detachment
Elites
-Death Jester
-Death Jester
-Death Jester
-Shadowseer: lvl 2 Psyker, Haywire grenades
-Shadowseer: lvl 2 Psyker, Haywire grenades, Mask of Secrets
-Shadowseer: lvl 2 Psyker, haywire grenades
-Solitaire

Troops
-Troupe 1 (Mask Shadowseer here)
-Master: Warlord, Starmist Raiment, haywire grenades, power sword.
-2 Kisses, 2 Embraces, Starweaver DT
-Troupe 2 (Shadowseer here)
-Master: Haywire grenades, power sword
-2 Kisses, 2 Embraces, Starweaver DT
-Troupe 3 (Shadowseer here)
-Master: Haywire grenades, power sword
-2 Kisses, 2 Embraces

Fast Attack
-Skyweavers (2 bikes, both with Zephyrglaives)
-Skyweavers (2 bikes, both with Zephyrglaives)

Heavy Support
-Voidweaver: Prismatic Cannon

My question is do the Troupe Starweavers count as fast attack choices, if not then I can drop a jester and some haywire for another Starweaver for Troupe 3. Please let me know any and all feedback!

b) take on the Battlefield Role (i.e. Troops, Fast Attack, etc.) of the unit that bought them. Nor much relevance for Harlies, but matters for The Scouring mission.

So, in a standard Masque, your Fast Attack choices are either Skyweavers or non-dedicated Starweavers.

No Formations hits Harlies quite hard, they can't use a CAD, and their Detachment (i.e. a Masque) is way more restrictive than any other.
