Phlegm is only the better option on Nurgle or Tzeentch Grinder, but on Slaanesh Grinder (that have Fleet and +3" run) Torrent is the better option since you wanna be close anyway

@ntin: I like that you have the unit sizes in multiples of "6" as it is very Slaaneshi. However, I think it hinders you a bit.
You are much better off doing 1 max unit and 5 min units in each of those Formations. you also want both Heralds on Steeds and in the larger Seeker unit.
