The knight is there for tank popping, and although I've never used Kharn in a blob I've heard it works pretty well. The raptors are bodyguard my lord on Juggernaught since I don't haven any bikes.

And, if you run a normal Knight Paladin (i.e. Battle cannon & Chainsword), maybe make it a Chaos Knight with MoK. D3 attacks on the Charge, +1 on the D-chart against MC / Gargantuan in melee (the Foe-Reaper) and reroll of stomps.

My prediction is, that Khârn will ultimately die quite early since he has to footslog across the board since it's not part of the Hounds (no Run & Charge in the same turn).
