Any particular restrictions? At a glance I'd say shave the bikes down to 3 man sqauds, msu is just better for nearly all missions. Also if you drop 3 bikes and a single spider from one of the squads you'd have 100 pts, which is enough to make a 2 man warlock conclave on bikes(trust me, put farseers with these and enjoy 2+ jinkingand another objective grabber). And when bringing two wraithknights, bring one as sword and board, it's more survivable and even more deadly turn 2 onward(charge range). It also helps it live through grav spam, do NOT underestimate a 5++, especially with buffs from seers like fortune or forewarning.

I don't think the Spiders should be any bigger than 6 models each. The main reason you bring Spiders is to Flickerjump behind LoS blocking terrain and deny 1 enemy unit the chance to shoot. Bigger units make this harder to do, especially if there isn't enough terrain.

I'd split the Spiders into 4x 3, with 1 unit being outside the Aspect host and in one of the CADs. Or it that bothers you, just drop 6 Spiders and add a Void Shield Generator w/ 3 shields and maybe 1 barricade.

-

That list is 'better' but Crimson Hunters are best as 1 solo or 3 in their Formation. If you aren't willing to commit to the Formation, I'd just take 1 CHE and 2 Pulse Laser Hornets. 2 Hornets cost the same a 1 CHE, but have double the shot (but no Lance), AV 11 and are on the board Turn 1.

That would give you a much better chance against Gladius list to take out the tanks faster.
Their "Skimmer Assault" rule allows them to Snap-fire after a Turbo boost. Clearly the formation is great, I love it and run it often. But if you're shoring up anti-air, why one but not two? Also, I too am a huge fan of the hornet. Do you think one CHE + 2 hornets is ideal? Or would 4 hornets just be better? I agree with your analysis on the shuricannons - I was employing the same logic when choosing the star cannons, assuming they would be better against the kind of targets a sword and board knight is going after, you don't agree?

[1850] - Eldar - Double CAD

Well, sometimes you don't need the anti-air, so having 2 expensive Flyers in reserve can be a liability. 1 CHE is useful enough for most situations as they can come on and take out a tank or Presision shot a character out of a unit. If there are no air units, the second CHE is harder to get you points worth and if an opponent can kill 1 CHE, they will probably be able to kill the 2nd one
The Formation becomes a formidable threat that you build an army around (by taking an Autarch and units for him to join).
That's why I say 1 or 3. 1 is good enough and isn't as much of as lose if it dies, but if you are using 2, you might as well add the third for the Formation.

4 Hornets would be nasty, but I like the versatility of 1 CHE and 2 Hornets. Guided Hornets are decent enough anti-air if only to make FMCs Jink, but that isn't the Hornets only use.

-

This is basically "THE" list for running CW Eldar, correct? I've seen lists like this with very few variations aside from picking out one or two infantry models/wargear options. Scatter Lasers are like, the best gun in the game to get Twin-Linked. 4 shots at St6 is much better to spread out like you say in the MSU fashion. How do these traditionally fare against Alpha Strike lists that include a Skyhammer? Because this list set up defeats both Bike lists and Horde lists. With enough MSU to keep up with Deathstars.

The general plan is to open up a very inviting "gap" near your wraithknight(s) so your opponent is encouraged to aim for them and use their when first turn killing them and not your bikes, your first turn is pot shotting anything that is max range(if you're going first) wether the guns and on your turn drop the spiders around his main drop amd turn his alpha strike into a surrounded death pit where your guns and one of your knights turn inwards and wipe them. The trick is to not let them get you defensive. Don't waste a turn turbo boosting away, wipe everything that dropped as fast as you can.
Seems dumb cause I essentially just said "take it like a champ and win anyway" but you outgun the gak out of them and I have yet to have a game go past turn 3 v the skyhammer aloha strike. What scarea me more is the Gladius with 600pts of free razor. Being able to pass eldar in msu freaks me out.
