				<title>[2000] - tau - quad tide</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I'm very new with Tau (in fact, playing my first game with Tau this weekend), so it is a bit hard for me to give in depth advise.<br /> <br /> What does strike me in the list is the amount of S7.  It will be very hard hitting, but with an army of mostly AP4, do you think it is varied enough.  Two Riptides have AP2 shooting; do you think that will be sufficient to play against another 2000 point army? That question really comes down to your local meta. <br /> <br /> Overall, I really like the theme and am trying out a Farsight Enclave type army as I really like the concept of Crisis Suits being the bulk of the army.]]></description>

A few modifications and this is a farsite list - I just think it's a little more competitive the way I have it. In regards to the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> 2 I think it's a bit light but in my meta that doesn't matter to much. Tough units tend to have invo-saves for the most part. Plasmas or Fusions on the riptides could solve that quick though. I considered running all fusions - in the end I don't like the fusion because it's intercept range is low. Still all 4 riptides are capable of taking on 2+ save infantry in both shooting and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span>. My biggest concern is things I literally can't kill in the length of the game - like 2++ reroll saves or an armor 14 titan.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<title>[2000] - tau - quad tide</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Sorry, I was stuck with old Tau assuming <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(413);'>FE</span> as there were no Kroot or Fire Warriors.<br /> <br /> There are a few deathstars in the game now that are nearly impossible to shoot off the table.  That really comes down to playing the mission.<br /> <br /> For me, it's very difficult to develop a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>TAC</span> list in which titans are involved.  Not much to add to that discussion. ]]></description>
