				<description><![CDATA[ Hello! This list is for an upcoming highlander tournament. Criticism appreciated!<br /> <br /> In this format you can not duplicate any unit in your army except for troops and that's only if you take 1 of each available troop first. So to get 2 units of scat bikes you need rangers, guardians, storm guardians, and dire avengers first...<br /> <br /> 1 forge world unit per army, with no <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(39);'>fw</span> LOW. D is NOT modified in this event. ugg. 				<description><![CDATA[ That's an incredibly restrictive format there wow.<br /> <br /> In any case I think you've done well to optimize what you can in that list.<br /> If possible i'd play around with the idea of using a Squadron of Warp Hunters over the Hornets.  I only mention it because it might be easier to keep that fire base safe behind cover rather than risk the hornets being forced to jink + having a couple of D3+X  destroyer blasts is always tasty.<br /> <br /> Love the Cents with Hunters Eye, might cause an issue if you go against something like Reaver jetbikes (or anything with a great cover save and crappy armour) I'd be tempted to give them the missiles as well to provide a long range / ignores cover threat after they've come in from the pod.<br /> <br /> As always, Landspeeder Storms do work and Rangers do well as objective campers.<br /> <br /> What I'm a little uneasy about:<br /> <br /> - Lack of skyfire, kind of a thing with Eldar and with the restrictions on your scat packs, that may be an issue (even with your 36 rerollable shots!)<br /> <br /> - I was never a fan of single units of Vaul's Wrath D cannons, just too short ranged for me...<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(274);'>YMMV</span><br /> <br /> - I'm assuming your using the Hawks without the draft F&Q? I've dropped mine in preparation for it, but I always loved throwing the Autartch in with them armed with a fusion gun, add that to your no scatter via deepstrike... just a suggestion <br /> <br /> - All those bikes... Without fearless there is a chance of them running off the board with a well placed terrify/ leadership bomb... That sound's unlikely I know but I only mention it because it's happened to me before, add that to a large foot print makes them risky to me. I'm assuming you'll either try and hide them behind <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> blocking terrain if you can or reserve them? Going after invis will stop you getting Prescience + guide (which is almost required with that unit!) Might I suggest you use a Warlock in that unit to get Conceal/Reveal to help their survivability? ]]></description>
