I have been a warhammer fan for a very long time, though ever since the 6th edition I have not been a GW fan and disagreed with the direction they took warhammer fantasy in. And now they have gone and blown up the world.

I hadent seriously looked into warhammer for quite some time however a few weeks ago my warhammer flame started burning bright and I began looking into warhammer and found out about the end times and Age of Sigmar. After that I began reading many warhammer novels and older warhammer fantasy rulebooks.

Yes they did make some bad calls.

I am off the opinion that the talented people and those who had a passion for warhammer left in the early 2000s and in stepped people who did not share the same enthusiasm for warhammer.

These new guys were able to ride on the wave that the first ones had created, even though the new guys constantly made mistakes.

What I dislike the most is how they made the game a bit darker and they removed some of the hope. I remember reading about their decision to make Bretonnia "darker" because it would be cooler" but in my mind it was one of many things that removed hope removed people imagination of how things could turn out ok in the end.

I also disagree with their business model, constantly raising prices, so fewer new people joined and established fans bought less often which gave less sales so they raised prices so fewer newer people joined and established fans bought less often which gave less sales and so the spiral went.
