I've been asked by a mate to look into what are the most current rules for the non-demon or marine chaos forces and I'm just wondering would I be correct in saying the latest IA book?

There are slight differences in the army lists (Vraks has unlimited zombies but dont have slaanesh/tzeentch stuff, etc.), and IA:13 also contains a lot of unit entries for CSM/Daemon units, while Vraks is only Renegades and Death Korps (+ a few characters for csm, inquisition)
