I am doubtful of the raptors surviving to get close enough to use their flamers, if they're deep striking, give them melta.
Friends don't let friends take defilers.
Foregefiends are fairly meh, consider replacing with layered (who incidentally should be what replaces those Helbrutes too)
Overall this list lacks focus and I suspect is trying to do too many things at once.

Edit: with the list as is, you've got everything you need except a lord for the black legion detachment. Strongly consider running this, if for no other reason than all the units in it are objective secured.
