200 points is the points value for Kill Team.

and who are the specialists? you can have 3 of them in your kill team who get a special rule each.

Also, tomb blades are jetbikes, giving one relentless is redundant as they have all have it already. Plus, idk, maybe it's a playstyle, but it would really probably be more effective overall to *not* charge with your tomb blades, and instead do their assault move to set up for more shooting next turn or take an objective or something.
