Eldar corsairs and forgeworld questions

I have a few questions as I'm relatively new to playing 40k. I was looking at forgeworld and found some models I really like

Wraithseer
Shadow specters
Hornet
Corsairs and heavy weapons

Are all the eldar rules in the doom of mymeara? Are any of these decent for game play? The shadow specters I really like the models but don't know if it's worth the order for just them. Also, are they considered part of eldar or are they a different army and need an allied detachment? Hopefully these questions aren't too specific but before ordering I wanted to make sure I would actually use them

Re:Eldar corsairs and forgeworld questions

I'm pretty sure the rules for all of those are in Doom of Mymeara, but if someone could chime in with a confirm that would be great.

Hornets are good - basically fast war walkers, but with the option to take dual pulse lasers.

Wraithseers are sort of niche, but perfectly fine.

Corsairs are interesting, but not sure how much play the heavy weapons see.

Shadow Spectres are underwhelming, but really cool models.

Hornets, Wraithseers and Shadow Spectres can be taken in a Craftworld Eldar army without needing allies, but Corsairs are a separate faction.

Eldar corsairs and forgeworld questions

The FW book has 95% the rules, some of the weapon and additional options are in the DE, Harlequin or Eldar books.

Hornets, wasps, Corsair Heavy weapons Team (Balestrike Bands) and Warp hunters are all amazing units, if you like them you'll have fun with the army.

It is extremely fluffy too (in a good way) but still plays like Eldar with some DE or Harlequins (depending on how you play them) they are extreme customization for having less units than SM or Eldar.
