				<title>[1500] - BA: Angel's Blade - First Try</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hey guys, trying to make a cool Angel's Blade. I still can't decide between the captain and command squad or the chaplain and furioso. It actually almost makes me flip tables that you can't take a captain and furioso and that it forces you to take a chaplain for it or a captain for a command squad. And we also HAVE to take a basic dread as well? Why can't that be switched out for a Furioso either? *sigh...* but anyway, here's my list:<br /> <br /> ---Angel's Blade---<br /> CORE<br /> - Chaplain w/ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(457);'>JP</span><br /> - Furioso w/ Frag Cannon and Heavy Flamer (though Melta might be handy) in a pod<br /> - Dread w/ Multi-Melta, Fist and Heavy Flamer in a pod<br /> - 10x <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> marines w/ Heavy Flamer, Flamer in a pod<br /> - 10x <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> marines w/ Heavy Flamer, Flamer in a pod<br /> - 10x <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> marines w/ Multi-Melta, Melta in a pod<br /> - 10x Assault Marines w/ 2x Flamer, Combi-flamer, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(457);'>JP</span>'s<br /> - 5x Devastators w/ 2x Grav Cannons in a pod<br /> AUGILERY<br /> - 5x Bikes w/ 2x Grav Guns, Combi-Grav<br /> <br /> 6 drop pods is kind of annoying, I'd rather maybe 5. But it's all kinda necessary. Also, having only the Assault Squad and bikes on the table is a bit rough. They'll get obliterated instantly haha.<br /> Anyway, I like the idea of the chapter tactics and basically working like any other marine chapter, but I can assault if needed. And when my dudes get knocked down to under half <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> they are next to fearless and even better on the charge. I also took the Assault marines over another squad of bikes because I really like the look of assault squads. They might also work alright as either a counter charge unit or a distraction perhaps. And with all the Flamer capability they wouldn't do too badly against hordes.<br /> What do you guys think?]]></description>

You end up a few marines down overall but I think they bring more decent guns to the table.<br /> <br /> I, er, can't stand bikers so have no real take on their worth.<br /> <br /> I don't know much about drop podding <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Devs</span> either, I'm afraid - I like that we have grav cannons now, but would probably only use them with the Lucifer formation scouting bonus.]]></description>
