I have developed this list with the utmost deviancy, well over a few ales at least. My plan is that the first turn drop assault puts the Centurion Devs in a good tactical position, I have given the pod a locator beacon so that Assault Marines and Terminators can deep strike near it. Failing that the Scout squad has a teleport homer so at least my Termies can deep strike in accurately. It is not an alpha strike list it relies on drawing my foe into the trap, i.e. I surround them with deep striking units and reinforcements from rhinos. Now honestly, what do you think? I enjoy receiving feedback on lists so don't hold back, I'll take no offence

CC weapon on the sarge. If you are taking one, go with a claw. Pairs better with his bolter.

If you are shelling out the crazy points for a plasma pistol (not recommended) I’d take sword for the extra attack, not the claw.
