I would go with 1st list, although personally I would give the plague marines meltaguns rather than plasma guns as a dedicated anti-tank unit; the 3 combi-meltas on those terminators won't go far against a mechanised army.

However I think I can switch the Lord for one Sorcerer with Biomancy and try the new Sinistrum discipline with the DP, powers like Death Hex, Diabolic Strength and Warp Fate are very cool and furthermore I have more power dices!
