Lord goes with the spawn and the warpsmith goes with the bersekers in the land raider. Obviously will suffer badly to alpha strike armies but should be a decent all rounder. Let me know what you think.

Speaking of, with the 45 Points you'd save on the warpsmith, you could take a dozerblade on the land raider (insurance on immobilising yourself) and extra armour (cause a warpsmith can't fix stunned and not moving is bad) and daemonic possession on the vindicator (so you've got a reasonable chance at still firing your blast weapon if you get penned, shaking off crew shaken / stunned). I'm away from my books at the moment, but I'm fairly sure that they aren't and a quick check on battlescribe (for what that's worth) backs me up.
