My plan is to surround the techmarine and tactical squad with the vehicles and let the preds do most of the work. The reason I say that, is:

- You could put the techmarine on a bike (later upgrading him to have a servo harness, and maybe becoming a captain/chapter master, use other relics, etc.)... bikes are great.

- Also, you could then drop the tacticals for bikers (again, later could become his command squad, etc.)

- Drop the dread just to make this happen.. you can always add him back in later. That's what i'd try.
