Libs either do Malefic or Fulmination, and attach initially to the Vanguard before fanning out. They might alternately run solo or attach to other units as needed for slingshot or H&R shenanigans.

One question I have is can you Turbo-boost then Auspex? It's in place of shooting but doesn't alter what you're allowed to shoot at? Great thing about conclave in war Convocation is they can zip around and buff the unit you need most. Some games they'll join the Destroyers with Divination. Some they'll join Ruststalkers with Biomancy. Others they'll try keeping the Knight invisible.

The rationale for Fulmination is "mobility" and to work around "No Pods." The Skitarii would have "Scout" (with the stipulation that they cannot Outflank from this Scout) from the Battle Maniple benefits.
